Terms of Service

The Service lets you create, edit, and present slide decks. It includes an AI-assisted wizard that generates slide outlines, images, and (optionally) spoken narration from prompts and material you provide; a Studio editor for cutting objects out of images, adding text and layers, and otherwise revising a deck's slides; a gallery of style references; and the ability to preview, export, and share finished decks, including via public share links. To generate images and narration, the Service sends the content you provide to third-party AI providers — see Section 7 and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and use the Service. The Service is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate.

You may create an account with an email address and password, or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

You may delete your account at any time from your profile page. Account deletion removes your access to the Service and, subject to Section 9 (Data Retention) of our Privacy Policy, your stored content.

The Service is offered on a free plan with limited usage, and paid plans (including a recurring monthly subscription and a pay-as-you-go option) that grant additional usage credits for AI generation. Paid plans are billed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor; we do not store your full payment card details.

Subscription plans renew automatically each billing period until canceled. You may cancel at any time from your billing page, effective at the end of the current billing period. Pay-as-you-go top-ups may be configured to charge automatically when your credit balance runs low, and can be disabled at any time.

Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change plan pricing or the amount of usage credit a plan grants prospectively, with notice through the Service or by email; changes do not apply retroactively to a billing period already paid for.

"Your Content" means any text, prompts, images, audio, and other material you upload, import, or generate through the Service, and the slide decks you create from it. As between you and us, you retain all ownership rights in Your Content.

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt, and display Your Content solely as necessary to operate, provide, and improve the Service for you — including transmitting it to the third-party AI providers described in Section 7 to generate images, text, and narration on your behalf, and making it available at a share link you create. This license ends when Your Content is deleted from the Service, except for residual copies retained for a limited period as described in our Privacy Policy (e.g., in backups or an archive/undo window) or as required by law.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to Your Content (including any image you upload or import), and that Your Content does not infringe or violate the rights of any third party or any applicable law.

Images, text, and narration produced by the Service are generated using third-party artificial intelligence models. AI-generated output can be inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable for your purposes, may resemble existing works or real people without our or your intent, and should not be relied upon without independent review. You are solely responsible for reviewing any AI-generated content before relying on, publishing, or distributing it, and for ensuring your use of it complies with applicable law. We disclaim all liability for AI-generated output to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To provide the Service, we rely on the following categories of third-party providers, which process data on our behalf as described in our Privacy Policy:

• AI text and image generation providers, to generate slide outlines, text, and images from your prompts and content.
• AI speech-synthesis providers, to generate narration audio from your slide scripts.
• Google, for "Sign in with Google" authentication.
• Stripe, for payment processing and subscription billing.
• Cloudflare Turnstile, for bot/abuse protection on sign-up and sign-in.
• Our email delivery provider, for account verification, password reset, and other transactional email.

Your use of the Service is also subject to the applicable terms of these third parties.

You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, store, or share content that:

• is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of any person;
• depicts or sexualizes minors in any way, or otherwise violates child-safety laws;
• impersonates any person or entity, or is intended to deceive or defraud;
• contains malicious code, or attempts to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
• is used to train a competing AI model, or to scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the Service without our written permission.

We may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this Section, at our discretion and without prior notice where we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the Service, other users, or third parties.

The Service lets you generate a share link for a deck. Anyone with that link can view the deck; treat share links as you would any other content you choose to make publicly accessible, and do not share a link to a deck containing information you don't want disclosed. You may revoke a share link at any time from within the Service.

The Service itself — its software, design, branding, and underlying technology, excluding Your Content — is owned by Logyx AI or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are granted to you in our intellectual property.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or suspected fraud or abuse. You may stop using the Service, and delete your account, at any time. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, 10, 12, 13, 14, and 15) will survive.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, THAT ANY DEFECT WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT AI-GENERATED OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PURPOSE.

IN PARTICULAR, WE DO NOT WARRANT AGAINST LOSS, CORRUPTION, OR UNAVAILABILITY OF YOUR CONTENT ARISING FROM SERVER OR STORAGE FAILURE, SOFTWARE BUGS, MAINTENANCE, SECURITY INCIDENTS, OR ANY OTHER TECHNICAL FAILURE, INCLUDING FAILURES OF THE THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 7 THAT ARE OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING YOUR OWN COPIES OR EXPORTS OF ANY CONTENT YOU CANNOT AFFORD TO LOSE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOGYX AI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, HOWEVER CAUSED — INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA OR CONTENT RESULTING FROM A TECHNICAL FAILURE, SERVICE INTERRUPTION, SECURITY INCIDENT, OR ANY DEFECT IN THE SERVICE — ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY CLAIM FOR LOST OR CORRUPTED CONTENT, WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) $100. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Logyx AI and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from Your Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Logyx AI is headquartered (see our mailing address below), without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. You and Logyx AI each waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action, to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
