Accessibility Statement

Last updated: September 20, 2026

1. Commitment

Logyx AI is committed to providing an accessible experience for all users of our AI-powered slide deck creation service. We design our platform and interface to meet recognized accessibility standards and to remove barriers that could prevent people with disabilities from using our services.

This statement explains our accessibility goals, what we do to meet them, the limits of our responsibility given our service model, and how you can contact us with accessibility issues.

2. Scope & model of the service

Our platform is a web-based SaaS tool for creating, editing, and presenting AI-generated slide decks. The content in a deck — slide text, generated images, and optional narration — is created from prompts and material that users provide, and decks may be shared via public share links or exported for use elsewhere.

Because most deck content is user-directed and user-authored rather than produced by Logyx AI, our responsibilities and remedies differ from cases where we produce, curate, or sell official content ourselves. The distinctions and our approach are described below.

3. Standards and conformance

We aim to make the platform's user interface and all first-party functionality — navigation, forms, the wizard, the Studio editor, and account and billing pages — conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). Conformance applies to UI components we build and control.

Where national standards apply, we align with the applicable local accessibility obligations (for example, Israel's accessibility requirements and standards such as IS 5568 and the guidance published by the Israeli government), and we follow recognized implementation checklists for conformance verification.

4. User-generated content

Users who create decks on our platform are responsible for the accessibility of the content they choose to include — for example, using sufficiently descriptive alt text on images, readable color and contrast choices, and clear structure. Decks are, by their nature, largely visual; where a user shares or presents a deck to an audience that needs an accessible alternative, we recommend also sharing exported text content or speaker notes alongside it.

Optional AI-generated narration is produced from text the user supplies and is intended as an audio companion to a deck, not a substitute for visual content; users are encouraged to keep slide text and narration in sync so either can stand alone.

5. When we assume direct responsibility

We take direct responsibility for accessibility when one or more of the following apply:

  • The barrier is in our own interface, tools, or first-party functionality.
  • We produce, curate, or endorse example or template content as part of our official product offering.
  • A customer has a contractual arrangement that includes delivery of accessible content.

6. Reasonable accommodations and alternatives

If a particular accessibility barrier is reported to us and cannot be immediately fixed in our interface, we will work with the requester to identify a reasonable accommodation or workaround — for example, an alternative way to complete the task, or a text description of an affected feature — while we prepare a permanent fix. See "How to request accessible content" below for how to submit a request.

7. Limitations and legal position

Platform model: Because deck content is authored by users, Logyx AI cannot guarantee that every deck created on our platform is fully accessible. We do require our own interface to meet the standard described above, and we provide guidance to users on creating more accessible decks.

Legal compliance: We endeavor to meet applicable legal accessibility obligations in every jurisdiction where we operate or market our services. In Israel, for example, public-facing digital services are expected to conform with national accessibility requirements and to follow WCAG-based standards; we adopt those standards for our first-party interface accordingly. This statement is not legal advice — if you need a legal opinion for a specific matter, consult a qualified attorney.

8. How to request accessible content / report a barrier

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on our platform, please contact us with the following details:

  • Page or feature name and URL (if available)
  • Description of the accessibility barrier you encountered
  • Preferred contact method and any reasonable accommodation you request

Contact: Logyx AI's accessibility manager. Email: info@splendeck.com, or submit a request through our Support page.

When we receive a request we will:

  • Acknowledge receipt of your request promptly.
  • Investigate and work to implement a suitable fix or accommodation.
  • Keep you informed about the outcome and any interim measures.

9. Testing, audits and verification

We perform automated and manual accessibility testing on our first-party UI using recognized tools and processes — for example, automated scanners plus manual testing with screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, and zoom testing. We may also engage external accessibility consultants for periodic audits to verify conformance with WCAG 2.1 AA for the parts of the product we control.

10. Jurisdictional notes

Accessibility laws and enforcement vary by jurisdiction. We aim to align our platform with international best practices (WCAG 2.1 AA) to reduce cross-jurisdictional risk, but this statement does not alter legal obligations that may apply to specific customers or content providers.

11. Updates to this statement

We review and update this Accessibility Statement periodically to reflect changes in law, industry guidance, and our own product and remediation processes. Last updated: September 20, 2026.
